Every machine in this entire world requires some maintenance. The maintenance is necessary for the machine to complete its life cycle. If the maintenance is not done in the specific time, the machine loses its life expectancy. In the same way, UTVs and ATVs require heavy maintenance as they are desert rides and are used at un-leveled roads. There are many ATVs such as the great Polaris Razor, Yamaha ATV, Suzuki ATV, Kawasaki mule 610 etc. The Polaris Razor is made up of premium shocks and suspensions which gives a pure sporting experience. It is a perfect sporting ATV having a low centre of gravity. It has a 3-inch arm long travel IRS. It also has a lot of added features, like LED lights, low engine volume and many more. The Yamaha ATV is called the Real Tough ATV. It is made up of a heavy material that makes it very strong. In the similar way, Suzuki ATV and Kawaski Mule have also made a name in their respective line of make. Kawaski Mule consists of a four-hydraulics engine. It has Deon leaf axles which are sealed. Its structure is designed in a way that the roof is crush-resistant.
These ATVs and UTVs require heavy maintenance in terms of their CV joints and axles. Axle is a long rod that helps the ATV in turning thus providing centripetal force. This axle moves through out the journey on a rough road therefore it needs a check on it. There has emerged a separate industry for these parts. Stores not only provide you with the parts but also give a complete maintenance guide. The CV joint named as the Constant-Velocity joint is mainly used in rotating the drive shaft and helps the ATV move in rotational direction at a constant speed. Honda CV joints require a little bit more maintenance than others. Now a days, an axle is invented which has a CV joint incorporated in it and there is no need to attach a separate axle is invented which already incorporates the CV joint and no separate CV joint is needed for the functioning.
These Axles and parts of the ATV should be at least checked every 6-7 months for proper functioning of the machine. These parts are available at many CV stores along with the complete maintenance guide.
